I’ve been a vegetarian for years and I was very happy to find out recently that my blood type was A. It all made sense.
I was a vegetarian for over 15 years and could not lose weight, had debilitating allergies and hormone imbalance. Once I found out I was Type O and cut out all of the carbs I was eating and replaced with clean, red meat, I lost 35 pounds, allergies subsided and hormone issues stopped. I am a true testimony for Eat Right 4 Your Type and encourage others to try it also. It’s common sense for optimum health and wellness.
I never liked meat as a kid growing up. I always loved grains and vegetables. I was happy to find out I am an A blood type. Now I know I’ll be healthy eating as a vegetarian!
Been on the A diet for 6 1/2 years and haven’t looked back. There’s been some fine-tuning, like switching over to the GenoType Diet, but they’re both fabulous.
I’m an O- and I discovered this way of life in the mid 90s when I was suffering with colitis and had just had a cancer removed from my thyroid and a adenoma removed from one of my parathyroids. The change in my health was phenomenal. I was able to eat fresh fruits and vegetables again. It was the wheat, not the meat!
